Amy Embrey is a full time, full service professional real estate agent and consultant with proven market knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills.  Her deep analytical skills and use of proven systems and models give her clients the best opportunities to buy and sell at their optimal price.  Some areas in which Amy excels are: helping clients prepare their homes for market so that the most attention is drawn to sell the home quickly, assisting clients who are downsizing, or as she calls it, “right-sizing”, and working with those who are selling one home and buying another manage both transactions to ensure a smooth transition.  She has lived and worked in the Washington, D.C. Metro area for over 18 years and is highly familiar with the area.  She recognizes that buying and/or selling a home is one of the most important decisions in her clients’ lives, and works with her clients to develop a plan that includes helping them anticipate and manage the many emotions involved with the process.  She prioritizes making the transaction as seamless as possible by providing the highest level of personalized service.  Amy’s business thrives on integrity, trust, and her desire to help each client meet their goals and realize their dreams.  Her southern hospitality provides a level of warmth and care that will help you feel right at home.

Affiliating with Keller Williams Capital Properties was a decision that Amy researched extensively.  She chose KWCP because of their superior education, their proven systems and models, and their Culture of collaboration and care for their agents and the community.  As the largest brokerage in the world, Amy’s association with Keller gives her clients an extensive network of agents, buyers, and listings around the world that no other brokerage can match.  Keller Williams incentivizes their agents to work together instead of competing, and this creates a winning team of support for all of Keller William’s clients and their agents.

Originally from Dallas, Texas Amy received her Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.  She is a deeply devoted community activist who has been an active volunteer in the local Girl Scout organization for the past 13 years, was the Vice President of the Potomac Elementary PTA, and has been the President of her community HOA since 2012.  In her free time she enjoys water skiing, running, travel, community service, and attending church at the Seneca Creek Community Church.
